IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR LEADERS & PARTICIPANTS

 

PARTICIPANT GUIDE

TEAM INFO NEEDED

If you are a team leader, please click here to provide contact information about your team that will join you for the summit. 

You can include as many people from your staff/leadership team as needed but please be sure they are able to attend. 

We will use the information you give to send your team the summit schedule, reminders, viewing links and other information relevant to the summit.

 

DECIDE HOW YOUR TEAM WILL MEET THROUGHOUT SUMMIT

There are dedicated times throughout the summit where your team will need to meet however you think is best, in order to have guided conversations and prayer time. Whether you’re meeting in person or over Zoom or another virtual platform, it is up to the team leader to determine how your church team will meet and to send that information to team members. 

 

PRE-SUMMIT LEADER ORIENTATION RECORDING

If you are a team leader and you weren’t able to participate in the team leader orientation, please watch the video below to know how you can best prepare you and your team for the summit:

RESOURCE BOX

Your team’s Resource Box will be shipped to the address you provided in your registration. You will receive it 1 week prior to the summit. 

NOTE: you will receive the box only if you live in the US and Canada. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to other countries at the moment. 

It will contain:

• 1 copy of Contextual Intelligence by Michael Beck & Leonard Sweet
• 1 copy of Deep & Wild by Michael Beck
• 1 copy of 7 Practices for Church on Mission by David Fitch
• 1 copy of How to Pioneer by Dave Male
• 5 seed balls (1 for each person in your team)
• 5 journals (1 for each person in your team)
• 5 candles (1 for each person in your team)

Although you may have more than 5 people on your team, we are only able to send 5 of the resources above. If you have more than 5 members, don’t worry about not having enough materials for them. It will not hinder the experience of any team members without these materials.

Note:

*Due to prolonged shipping times, if you register less than 2 weeks before the retreat, you may not receive your box prior to the retreat. It may arrive sometime after.

PRAYER APPOINTMENT SIGN UP

Prayer undergirds everything we do in the Fresh Expressions movement. Members of our Global Prayer Network (GPN) are undergirding you in prayer during the summit and members of our FX Prayer Team are available for individual prayer sessions for you and/or your team on Zoom the Friday before the event and the Saturday after the event.

The prayer team is available for additional followup appointments during the month of March. If you have any questions, need to make further arrangements or have inquiries about our prayer ministry, training or retreats; please, send an email to prayer@freshexpressionsus.org. 

 

ACCESS FREE 6 MONTHS OF APP SUBSCRIPTION 

 In order to access the FX Connect App, follow the steps below:

1.   Click HERE to create your account. (NOTE: It’s best to do the account creation via a laptop/desktop)
2.   Toward the end of the account creation process, you’ll see a screen Click the ‘Premium Subscription’ for 6 free months of access to our premium resources. 
3.   On the next screen you’ll have to enter your credit card details and your discount code: futurechurch 
4.   After you enter your discount code, click ‘Apply’. You will receive the 10 day free trial period + your discount code period of time 6 months free) Your coupon code will go into effect after your free 10 day trial. 

You now have access to the FX Library of resources via desktop. 

However, there are more features on the mobile app!

1.   Then go to the App Store (for iPhones) or Google Play store (for Androids) and download the app by searching for FX Connect US and get full access to all the features.  
2.   Start enjoying all the app has to offer!
